"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech; they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world." Psalm 19:1-4
Last night before I went to bed, I went outside and looked up at the stars. The stars in the sky still amaze me today just like they did when I was a kid. This morning I walked outside, and I looked up at the sky. It is broad and beautiful! I love the pictures taken from space that show the earth and the skies and the heavens. God is glorious! His creation proclaims His glory! Take a moment to look around you. Take a moment to listen to the heavens and the skies proclaim God's glory. Sometimes we miss the most powerful messages because we are listening with our ears and not our hearts. Sometimes we miss the most beautiful sights because we are looking with the eyes in our heads instead of the eyes in our hearts. Let's ask God to open the ears and the eyes of our hearts so we can truly understand His glory!
